I provided an entire new sales structure for this seven-location technology school to increase enrollments and reduce the cost of sale. I conducted introductory seminars providing ready to enroll students. I developed a new marketing strategy including telemarketing, Internet marketing, radio, and print. I conducted training sessions for all of the telemarketers and training advisors including role-playing of the new steps and skills.

  • The new sales strategies produced more enrollments. 
  • The average student enrollment went from $795 to over $4,000 by creating and providing new packaging and sales/marketing approaches.
